Quality Statements
Quality Vision
To establish a lasting quality culture, our objective is to globalise, unify, and simplify GxP processes. At Macvally, our Quality Management System (QMS) and all of its components are always being improved through ongoing staff training, development, and empowerment. We are creating and sustaining a strong culture of quality. We think that everyone has responsibility for creating safe, high-quality products.
Quality Management System
At Macvally, we adhere to a single global standard of quality. We make sure that it is put into practise across several departments, including research and development, quality control, and technical operations. All of the QMS’s quality system components apply to all of our business lines and covered in the Global Quality Manual. To guarantee that patients receive reliable, high-quality products, we follow best practices.
Our Quality Practices
Harmonization of Compliance Processes
To assure standardised procedures, techniques, and organisational strategies across the board, we have built a global level documentation framework. This idea makes it possible to plan, monitor, and support ongoing improvements in product quality that support regulatory compliance.
Lessons Learned Approach
Our quality culture includes an approach called “Lessons Learned.” The procedure entails identifying gaps, analysing them, reducing risks, and taking corrective action. This method not only resolves the problems but also results in actions to stop similar incidents from happening in the future, while also identifying what worked effectively and how similar processes may profit from this knowledge.
The world's quality metrics
The global quality metrics are a group of statistical analyses that have gained international acceptance. The specified quality indicators are routinely tracked, assessed, and analysed as part of innovation and continuous improvement.
